Dr. Brar reviews every finding with you, separates what's clinically meaningful from what's incidental, and turns the report into a concrete care plan (including any follow-up imaging, labs, or specialist referrals).

Galleri, developed by GRAIL, is a blood test that screens for signals from more than 50 cancers, most of which have no standard screening test in mainstream care. From a single blood draw, it can detect cancer signal and, in most positive cases, predict the likely tissue of origin.

Galleri is not a replacement for mammography, colonoscopy, or other established screenings, it complements them. The test has a low false-positive rate (under 1%), but when a signal is detected, the follow-up path matters more than the screen itself. That's where Dr. Brar's role is most valuable: interpreting results in the context of your history, ordering targeted imaging if needed, and coordinating with specialists without you having to navigate the system alone.

Standard insurance panels typically test 15–20 markers and flag anything inside a population reference range as "normal." Our functional panels test over 100 markers across cardiometabolic risk, hormonal balance, inflammation, micronutrient status, and metabolic health, and interpret each result against the optimal range for someone targeting longevity, not just the average range for someone avoiding disease.

What's typically included: advanced lipid particles (ApoB, LDL-P), insulin and HbA1c, hsCRP and homocysteine, full thyroid panel, sex hormones, vitamin D and B12, ferritin, omega-3 index, and heavy metals when clinically indicated.

Dr. Brar reviews every panel with you in a dedicated 60-minute consultation, then builds a concrete plan, supplementation, lifestyle change, or further workup for any marker outside its optimal range.

The Fit3D PRO is a 40-second whole-body scan that produces a detailed snapshot of body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, posture alignment, and basal metabolic rate. Far more accurate than a bathroom scale and far more accessible than a DEXA scan.

The clinical value is in repetition: a single scan is a baseline, but quarterly scans build a longitudinal picture that tells us whether a weight-loss intervention is preserving lean mass, whether postural asymmetries are worsening, and whether resting metabolism is moving in the right direction.
